Located in Snellville, Georgia, this weekday program offers daily structure, supervision, and enrichment to promote independence and improve quality of life.

Eligibility Requirements

Participants must meet the following criteria:

  • Be 21 years of age or older

  • Have a qualifying mental health condition, disability, or chronic illness

  • Be able to engage in a structured daytime setting with support

  • Be eligible for Medicaid waiver, Medicare Part B, or willing to pay privately

  • Complete an intake assessment with our team prior to enrollment
