At Sound Mind Counseling Services, we make it easy to begin care. Whether you’re seeking mental health counseling, adult day health services, or both, our admissions process is simple, compassionate, and built around your needs.

Call us at 678-579-5905 to speak with our intake coordinator. We’ll learn more about your needs and explain which program may be the best fit.
Our Intake Coordinator will conduct an assessment and gather needed documentation (insurance, medical history, etc.).
Once approved, you’ll receive a welcome packet and start services with a personalized care plan. Our team will support you every step of the way.
Medicare Part B (Outpatient Counseling only)
Private Insurance (Check for behavioral health and day service coverage)
Medicaid Waiver (CCSP/Source Waiver) – Currently in process; we will update our website as soon as enrollment is finalized.
Self-pay options may be available for some services
